This policy explains how the StepKeep iOS app and this website handle information. StepKeep does not sell personal information, display advertising, or use information for cross-app tracking.

This website does not provide an account or contact form and does not intentionally use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.

Follow-ups, tasks, notes, dates, location details you choose to add, and attachments are stored in StepKeep’s private app container on your device. StepKeep does not send this content to a developer-operated server.

StepKeep asks for microphone access only when you record a voice note, location access only when you request your current location, photo access through Apple’s system photo picker, and notification permission only when you schedule a reminder.

You can review or change these permissions at any time in iOS or iPadOS Settings.

Map display, place search, PIN-code lookup, photo selection, sharing, notifications, app installation, and App Store services use Apple system features. Apple may process related requests under its own privacy terms. StepKeep does not receive advertising identifiers or track you across apps or websites.

Apple processes StepKeep Pro payments through the App Store. StepKeep uses StoreKit to read product information and determine whether the Apple Account has an eligible entitlement. StepKeep does not receive or store payment-card details and does not send purchase details to a developer-operated server.

Information remains on your device until you delete an item, use “Erase all StepKeep data” in Settings, or remove the app. Deleted local information cannot be restored unless you independently backed up the device.

StepKeep sends nothing automatically. If you export a report or prepare a support email, you choose the receiving app and content. That app or service handles shared information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Emailing support sends the information you include to mail@haaa.in. Avoid including private content that is not needed to answer your question.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device, maintaining backups you require, checking recipients before sharing, and avoiding sensitive information that is unnecessary. No local-storage system can be guaranteed against every device failure, operating-system issue, unauthorized access, or accidental deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StepKeep’s developer does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent retention, absolute security, or recovery of information and is not responsible for loss caused by device conditions, user actions, third-party services, permission settings, deletion, or failure to keep an independent backup.
